Description of the flat

The flat is suitable for 1 - 2 persons.

The modern apartment has two rooms (non-smoker) with comfort equipment is approx. 42 square metres, to the southeast side straightened with big balcony.

It disposes of a separate bedroom, as well as a fully furnished kitchen (cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, water cooker).

Bedroom with double bed 1.60 m * 2 m.

An affectionately furnished flat with television, cable connection, stereo radio. Bedclothes, towels and culinary cloths are included of course.

Your flat is in the West of Regensburg in approx. 2200 m distance of the Old Town in the "Lilienpark", a quiet, very cultivated residential arrangement with a big lake in the centre.

Bus stop, supermarket, baker, butcher and hairdresser are nearby.

Not far from "Westbad", Danube park and motorway connection. Own underground parking lot!
